I have never tried any cosmetics from Playboy so I was intrigued when I received some to try out.  This is not a brand I would normally go for, I personally think this is aimed at younger girls but I do quite like the packaging and find it quite sophisticated.  I really wasn’t expecting much from this brand, I mean it’s Playboy! Not one of my favourite brands, I liked the brand when I was a teenager but definitely not something I would reach for these days.  However,….

Sleek Lashes Lengthening Mascara.  I do like the black packaging and the subtle brand design on the side, the brand isn’t in your face which I like.  I usually prefer plastic mascara brand rather than the fibre ones but I was pleasantly surprised with this mascara.  It made my lashes look really long and full and made such a difference to my lashes.  I was expecting there not to be much difference and to be disappointed but no I really like it.  In fact I love this mascara!  I have definitely been won over by this brand.

Perfect Kiss Intense Lipstick.  I really do love how cute these look, the matte black and the subtle pink writing, I love it.  I received the colours In The Pink and Bubblegum Pink, these lipsticks are so silky smooth they just glide on to your lips.  The pigmentation is perfect and they don’t dry out on your lips at all, they keep your lips hydrated and feels like you are applying a lip balm rather than a lipstick.  They are both gorgeous colours, but the Bubblegum Pink is a bit too light for my skin tone but In The Pink is perfect and I love the colour on.  I really want to start wearing more lipstick now as it is something I probably use the least of.  These are really long lasting lipsticks and are of such good quality, a very good product to add to my collection.

So I wasn’t expecting much from the Playboy brand but I was very pleasantly surprised.  They are all great quality and look amazing on.  I just love everything about this brand and I was expecting to hate it!
